The approach

How I think about it

Audio is the most underused channel in brand work. Every other surface gets obsessed over: the logo, the type, the copy. Then the brand goes quiet the moment it leaves the page.

A proper sonic identity does what a visual identity does: it makes you recognisable. A two-second sting at the end of every video, a signature sound on every product moment, a music direction that belongs to you.

I produce, mix, and master in-house. No sub-contracting, no licensed library tracks pretending to be bespoke. The work that leaves here is original.

Process

How I work

  1. 01

    Brief

I understand where the audio lives, what it needs to communicate, and what the brand already sounds like, if anything.

  2. 02

    Concept

I produce reference material and a creative direction for approval before any full production begins.

  3. 03

    Production

I produce the work in full: composed, recorded, mixed, and mastered to a professional standard.

  4. 04

    Delivery

You receive all assets in the formats you need: broadcast-ready, web-optimised, and properly labelled.

Selected work

What I’m putting my name to

In-house production

Original tracks and sonic identity work produced from the Apexify studio. Audio samples available on request.

More work coming as it ships.

What this isn’t

Work I don’t take on

  • Library-music licensing dressed up as bespoke composition.
  • Voiceover work farmed out to third-party platforms.
  • AI-generated music passed off as original production.

Quick answers

Common questions

Original only. If you need a licensed library track, I'll tell you where to look. It won't come from me.

Typically: a primary audio logo, two or three variants for different contexts, a signature musical motif, and a usage guide. Scoped per brief.

Yes. Mix-and-master-only engagements are common, especially for podcasts and content series.

Pro Tools, Logic Pro, and Ableton, on calibrated studio monitoring. Real gear, not bedroom-producer kit.

Yes. I have a working roster of voice artists and can scope a casting process if the project needs one.
