Who I am
This site is operated by Apexify Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (Co. No. 16747857), 128 City Road, London EC1V 2NX. For any privacy question, contact hello@apexify.uk.
What I collect
Only what you choose to send. The contact form collects your name, email address, and the message you write. I do not run advertising trackers or sell data, and the site sets no marketing cookies.
Why, and the lawful basis
I use those details solely to read your enquiry and reply to it. The lawful basis is legitimate interest: responding to someone who has deliberately reached out about commissioning work.
How it is handled
Form submissions are delivered to me by email through Resend, a transactional email provider. Your message lives in my email account for as long as the conversation is useful, and is deleted once it no longer is.
Your rights
You can ask me what I hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, or object to my holding it. Email hello@apexify.uk and I will action it. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
