A floor still above your budget? Tell me. I can usually get there by adjusting the scope — trimming features or tightening the first phase — so the price only ever reflects what goes into the project.

How you pay

The price is fixed and in writing before anything starts. No scope creep, no surprise invoices. What we agree with the quote is how it is split.

The 50/50 split

For a single, self-contained project.

50% on delivery

Finals are released the moment the balance clears.

Retainer plans

Ongoing capacity, billed monthly. A block of studio hours each month across whichever disciplines you need, at a lower effective rate than booking the same work project by project. Revisions come out of the same hours, so a round of changes costs you time rather than a new invoice. Change tier or stop at the end of any month (Apex runs a three-month minimum on the way in). Launch pricing below is held until 1 January 2027.
