Everything on this site — copy, design, the Apexify Figure, logos, and case studies — belongs to Apexify Ltd or the clients featured in it, and shouldn’t be reproduced without permission. I keep the site as accurate and current as I can, but it’s provided as is, without a warranty that everything on it is complete or up to date.
Getting in touch
Sending an enquiry through this site, or hearing back from me, doesn’t create a contract between us. Any project starts only once we’ve agreed scope, price, and timeline, and signed a separate services agreement.
Playbook and Handover
Playbook and Handover are products in active development. Anything this site says about them — features, pricing, or availability — is informational, not an offer for sale, and may change before launch. Get in touch for current details.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, Apexify Ltd isn’t liable for losses arising from your use of this site. Nothing here limits liability that can’t be limited by law, including for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
