How I work

Apexify is built around one premise: the person with the expertise does the work. No account managers passing briefs between floors, no subcontractors billing through me, no gap between what you commission and what gets built. Brand, web, audio, video, and software.
Every discipline is owned, never farmed out.

Questions

Common ones I hear.

Yes. I've shipped brand and product for founders at pre-seed and Series A alike. Smaller teams move faster, which suits how I work.

Brand identity systems run 6-10 weeks. Websites land in 4-8 weeks. Audio and video varies by scope. Timelines are agreed upfront, not estimated.

Brand and product stopped being separate jobs a while ago. A site is a product, a product needs a brand, and the strategy that connects them is most of the work. Running both under one roof means decisions get made once, by the same person, with the same standards.

Project-based, retainer, or productized. I recommend the right shape on the discovery call once I understand what you need.

Every project runs on a written contract, with a fixed price agreed before work starts, and finals only released once payment clears - stage by stage if you'd rather not fund it all upfront. You own the files and the IP from handover, not a licence to them. That's deliberate: the protection should sit in the paperwork, not in trusting one person to always be reachable.
